There are thousands of ways to cook pork tenderloin: grilled, stuffed, sautéed, baked ... It is a rich meat, which with a custom cooking is always tasty and juicy.

For its preparation, you will need the following simple ingredients:
- 2 pork tenderloins
- Juice of 1 Valorange orange
- 150 ml of water
- 50 ml of brandy or rum
- 150 ml of meat brot
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- Olive oil, ground black pepper and salt
To start, we preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
On the other hand, in a pan we fry the garlic cloves in olive oil and in the meantime, we will clean the fillets, salt and pepper and batter them lightly in flour.
When the garlic begins to brown, seal the tenderloins. Once they are well browned on the outside, we add the orange juice and alcohol. Once it has evaporated, add the water, the broth and the bay leaf in the pan / pot and put in the oven for at least 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes and once the sauce has acquired the desired consistency, remove from the oven, cut the tenderloins and serve in their sauce.
